Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Unfortunately, personalized or custom items, such as name-engraved products, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@kurotis.com with your order details, including the reason for the return.
- Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization and further instructions.
- Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same steps as the return process. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement to you. If the replacement item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternative product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@kurotis.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We will prioritize replacing the item or providing a full refund, including shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized products, such as name-engraved nightlights, are made specifically for you. These items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
